Bio:
Lukas Csoka works as data scientist in Swiss Re, where he develops innovative solutions in re/insurance industry. He combines analytical capabilities, consultative thinking and business partnering to harvest full potential of data. Lukas graduated as Software Engineer from FIIT STU in BA and currently pursues MBA in Global Management at City University of Seattle.

Workshop info:
Keras is a high level deep learning API that helps quickly build neural networks via a modular approach. Keras is open-source library written in Python, capable of running on top of TensorFlow, considered to be interface, not standalone machine learning framework. Keras contains numerous implementations of commonly used neural-network building blocks such as layers, objectives, activation functions, optimizers, and a host of tools to make working with image and text data easier. Via examples, we show how to build, train and evaluate some deep learning classifiers in the context of Computer Vision and Natural language Processing. By the end of this talk, we believe that you will be able to apply the concepts learned here in your own projects. Participants are required to bring own notebook with installed browser, through which they will connect to prepared Jupyter notebooks provided by organizer.
